Train Haiku 2

A Paris, encore;
the sky is grayer as we
go north, says Larry

East-South-West-North, and
combinations of all four
directions stitched up

A long tunnel takes
away the farmland, swallows
our speed and our sound

Soon it will be one
tunnel, and then the city;
we will be afoot

And moving again;
did we ever really stop?
Did we just change forms?
